Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ganir & Co. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Management: Develop and maintain an efficient record system, managing databases and multiple files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Distribute employee paychecks, organize bi-monthly paychecks alphabetically, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure an efficient operation, including updating hotel room cleanliness status, VIP, and special guest requests.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer and document all calls into the housekeeping office, carry out instructions related to those calls, and follow up on all calls within a predetermined time frame to ensure completion.
  • Employee Support: Maintain all employee records within the Housekeeping department, ensure employee schedules are communicated in a timely manner, and schedule orientation through the appropriate channel.
  • Administrative Tasks: Make copies of applications, order employee name tags, employee entrance cards, and key watcher access codes, and input employee schedules into ADP.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: At least six months hotel experience.
  • Skills: Ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities, ability to work well as a team player, ability to problem-solve, strong customer service abilities, and basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
