We are in search of a skilled and proactive Production Supervisor to enhance our operations. This position is essential for upholding our standards of quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Oversight:

  • Guide and oversee a team of production personnel in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
  • Ensure compliance with production timelines and objectives.
  • Inspire and coach team members to meet production targets while fostering a positive work environment.

Quality Assurance and Productivity:

  • Supervise production activities to guarantee adherence to quality benchmarks and efficiency goals.
  • Establish and uphold best practices in manufacturing protocols.
  • Identify and address challenges that may affect production timelines or product integrity.

Training and Skill Development:

  • Deliver training to both new and current production staff regarding processes, protocols, and safety measures.
  • Encourage a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth among team members.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work in conjunction with departments such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Logistics to facilitate seamless production operations.
  • Effectively communicate production updates, challenges, and priorities to management and relevant stakeholders.

Safety and Regulatory Compliance:

  • Promote a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and encouraging safe practices.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in coating, bonding processes, and mechanical assembly.
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 standards.
  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar capacity within a manufacturing context, ideally in electronics.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities, with a talent for motivating a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
  • A strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
