About the Role:
Sulzer Pumps (US) Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Aero division, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and reviewing all project, procedure, quality, and safety documentation and photos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project, procedure, quality, and safety documentation and photos for the Aero division.
- Manage calibration documents for Houston Aero and enter data into Gagepack.
- Ensure all company and employee QC tools/standards are calibrated in accordance with STS-000410/480.
- Manage safety reporting, shop walks, toolbox topics, weld cert, and QPI documentation.
- Responsible for upkeep of Turbodocs, doc numbers, project numbers, project/engineering drawings and revisions on various spreadsheets and systems of record.
- Perform clerical, organizational, and other job duties to support the Aero division and production team as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, verbal, written communication, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, work effectively, and multi-task.
- Proficient with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and with PDF software. Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus.
