About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and maintaining store displays.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
