Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in the Division of Neurology at Phoenix Children's Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the delivery of exceptional care to our patients and families.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings, working collaboratively with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. This will include conducting comprehensive health histories, performing physical assessments, and ordering and prescribing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions as needed. The APP will also be responsible for participating in quality improvement initiatives, educating patients and families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related field, with a strong background in neurology. The ideal candidate will be a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development. The candidate will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
