Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Phoenix Children's Hospital. As a key member of our pediatric emergency medicine team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our young patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions in infants, children, and young adults.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions, to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with attending physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in pediatric emergency medicine.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to patient safety, quality care, and teamwork.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Arizona.
- Board certification in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
- Experience in pediatric emergency medicine or urgent care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
