We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Hospital Medicine APP or NP to join our team at Phoenix Children's. As a member of our Division of Hospital Medicine, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our program.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the care of pediatric patients admitted to Phoenix Children's
- Admit patients, round with the inpatient attending, and address daily care
- Document patient information in the electronic health record
- Communicate with consultants and bedside RNs
- Coordinate patient discharges
Qualifications:
- Three years of experience as a NP or PA in pediatrics
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider
- State of Arizona certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Master's degree from a nationally accredited program
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
