Job Overview

DCS Corp is seeking a skilled Program Management Analyst to deliver comprehensive programmatic, financial, and contractual assistance for the oversight of various initiatives within an Army Product Management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer financial advisory services pertaining to a significant segment of the PEO/PM budget across multiple funding lines.
  • Act as a consultant to management on the assessment and evaluation of critical administrative, technical, and programmatic elements of mission-driven projects.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, evaluation, and supervision of all facets related to the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of major Project Management programs.
  • Apply knowledge of administrative, acquisition, program, and budgetary laws, policies, regulations, and precedents to guide program operations.
  • Draft a variety of documents, including orders, directives, standard operating procedures, reports, briefings, and staff papers.
  • Enforce fiscal law and policy to guarantee that fund execution aligns with established regulations and guidelines.
  • Ensure the alignment of programs and initiatives with the goals and objectives of PEO/PM and DA.

Qualifications:

Due to the sensitive nature of the requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

A Bachelor's degree coupled with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.

A Secret clearance is necessary.
