Job Title: Web Analyst

Amentum is seeking a skilled Web Analyst to support the Cyber Security & Information Assurance (CSIA) Support Services office at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD and Ft Belvoir, VA.

Job Summary:

The Web Analyst will work closely with the client to assess the functionality of a company's website, provide support to company websites, conduct usability tests, and evaluate customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess the functionality of a company's website and provide support to company websites.
  • Conduct usability tests and evaluate customer experiences.
  • Create and manage web diagnostic and measurement tools, prepare reports for metrics evaluation, and examine dashboard programs and business requirements.
  • Participate in the process development and implementation of appropriate plans that promote the enhancement of business programs and ensure appropriate implementation of software applications.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to efficiently optimize functionality of the website.
  • Coordinate marketing objectives with Web Developers based on system capabilities.
  • Recommend changes to the website and provide cost and benefit analysis of the changes.
  • Identify, analyze, and provide optimal solutions for risks in business opportunities.
  • Monitor investigations on sites and respond to or resolve all inquiries and issues.
  • Provide training to team on all web-related terminology and recommend changes in website.
  • Research, evaluate, and make recommendations for purchase of web analysis software.
  • Monitor competitor websites.
  • Have experience in gathering and compiling data necessary to analyze a multitude of web products.
  • Evaluate data to quickly identify problems, issues, and gaps and recommend solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline.
  • 1-10+ years of experience.
  • 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Must have an Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.
Compensation:

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $50,000 - $180,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
