Requirements
  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience in deskside/onsite support/local IT engineering.
  • Strong Microsoft Operating System installation, asset management, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of network equipment and devices.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, particularly in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong desktop support knowledge, encompassing hardware, software, and networking concepts.
