Job Summary

Storage Strategies is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to support time keeping data entry, reports management, leave and OT request forms, error resolution and monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations and excellent analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Track utilization of Government labor NWAs (Network Activity Numbers) and Cost Reimbursable funding.
Transfer government employee created timesheets into the Navy Employee Resource Planning (ERP) tool allowing for accurate and timely records.
Ensure the time records are entered into ERP in accordance with timekeeping policies and within the weekly due dates provided by the Government.

Additional Responsibilities

Provide data entry, review, and routing oversight for Government personnel travel systems: DTS (Defense Travel System).
Track financial expenditures, develop, and manage database of financial documents.
Provide metrics support, including dashboard, and cockpit charts, as well as other specialized financial reports, in order to track expenditures, reconcile to corporate database (CDB), and remedy cost overruns and labor rejects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
3 years of experience in a related field.
US Citizenship.
Interim Secret clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.

Desired Qualifications

Working knowledge of the Naval Sea System Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Fleet organizations.

Salary Range
$40,750-$46,000
