This individual will use their technical skills to troubleshoot respective issues when they arise to ensure the overall equipment health, which would include repairs, installs, and upgrades to restaurant technical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to multiple locations daily to address equipment issues and provide technical support.
  • Use technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems in a timely manner.
  • Perform repairs, installs, and upgrades to restaurant technical systems as needed.
  • Manage and ensure the best customer experience for those we serve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of technology experience, preferably in a field service or technical support role.
  • Troubleshooting experience with basic hardware and software.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.
  • Excel data tracking experience.
  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL environment experience.
  • CompTIA+ certification.
  • POS (Point of Sale) experience.
  • QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Experience.
