Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Customer Site Visits: Liaise with customers and internal support personnel to ensure timely resource allocation and efficient scheduling of equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
  • Foster Positive Customer Relationships: Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Plan and Execute Shipments and Deliveries: Utilize shipping schedules and orders to plan and execute shipments and deliveries efficiently, collaborating with shipping and production departments to determine optimal transportation methods based on shipment specifications and urgency.
  • Track and Trace Shipments: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments by tracking and tracing shipments upon request.
  • Identify and Report Quality Issues: Identify and report internal and external quality issues, implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Review Documentation: Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness, making necessary adjustments according to product and shipping requirements.
  • Seek Guidance and Support: Seek guidance from supervisors for complex or critical issues, promptly identifying and addressing defective parts or processes.
  • Proactively Engage with Customers: Proactively engage with customers to promote preventative maintenance services and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and requests.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite: Required
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Capable of independently solving problems and collaborating with diverse teams
  • Basic Arithmetic Calculations: Accurately and efficiently perform basic arithmetic calculations
  • Freight Contracts and Shipping Practices: Demonstrate proficiency in freight contracts and shipping practices
