  • Utilize a variety of tools and software for content creation, graphic design, video editing, and e-learning development.
  • Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, learning technologies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our training materials.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the effectiveness of training materials and make continuous improvements based on feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and content creation in a corporate environment, with a focus on sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and sales training platforms and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Fluent in one or more video editing tools; experience editing videos.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to visualize concepts and transform them into engaging content.
