About the Role

Palo Alto Networks is a leader in cybersecurity, and we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Renewal Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Americas Renewals team, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and success for our Enterprise and Commercial accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all maintenance and subscription renewals for Enterprise and Commercial accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Quote generation, including creation of coterminous quotes, to upsell to multiyear renewals and position value to customers.
  • Diligent follow-up with Federal Sales team members, including Sales Managers, Inside Sales, channel partners, and end users, to bring in renewals before expiration.
  • Submit accurate and timely forecasts through our systems, collaborating with Sales Operations and IT to drive process and systems improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in maintenance renewals, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Experience using our systems and technology, with a strong ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
