The Senior Product Manager will also be responsible for leading a cross-functional production support team, crafting and upholding production timelines to fulfill contractual obligations, addressing manufacturing challenges, and managing program financials (EVM). This position serves as the primary point of contact between the THAAD program office and the Camden production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of production activities to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules.
  • Resolve any manufacturing issues that arise during production.
  • Oversee program budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
  • Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proven experience in program management.
  • Strong skills in cost management and budgeting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective teams aligned with organizational goals.
  • Understanding of the financial implications of team decisions.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret DoD security clearance.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with the THAAD program.
  • Experience in supporting both internal and external clients.
  • Background in manufacturing processes.
  • Certification as LSS Green or Black Belt.

Work Environment:
