Program Manager of Modernization

The Housing Authority of the City of Camden seeks a highly skilled Program Manager of Modernization to oversee various program activities and implement planned capital projects.
This role requires a strong background in accounting, finance, and construction management, with a minimum of two years of experience in professional-level accounting work.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and motivational qualities, with a valid driver's license and insurable under the Housing Authority's plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program activities and implement planned capital projects
- Perform high-level accounting and financial management work
- Conduct procurements and monitor program performance
- Support HACC's mission, strategic goals, and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or construction management
- Minimum of two years' experience in professional-level accounting work
- Working knowledge of HUD rules and regulations and HACC policies
- Valid driver's license and insurable under the Housing Authority's plan
