    As a Costpoint Implementation Specialist at Cordia Resources by Cherry Bekaert, you will play a critical role in guiding clients through the Deltek Costpoint implementation process. Our team delivers exceptional technology, advisory, and support services to professional service organizations, and we are seeking individuals who have a strong understanding of Costpoint software administration and a passion for client service.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Comprehend and analyze financial statements and various management reports to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • System Configuration: Document client needs and expectations and apply them to relevant system configuration to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implementation and Integration: Configure, implement, and integrate various ERP and ancillary systems to meet client requirements.
  • Compliance and Governance: Apply GovCon compliance knowledge to add value to the client base and prepare them for audit.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate professionally and timely with clients and the internal team, and engage with project managers and team members to quickly identify and resolve issues.

    Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Information Systems or related experience, and 3-5 years of accounting experience working with ERP systems.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Deltek Costpoint software administration and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive, adheres to deadlines, and responsive to client and management requirements.

    Optional Desired Skills:

  • CPA license
  • Experience implementing financial and ERP Systems
  • Government Contracting compliance knowledge
  • Project Accounting experience
