Job Opportunity: Security Cooperation Expert

Dexis Consulting Group is a professional services firm that provides expertise in solving complex social challenges. We are seeking a Security Cooperation Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Security Cooperation Expert to assist in planning and implementing institutional capacity building engagements with emerging partner nations. The ideal candidate will have experience in common topics/themes for these engagements, including international legal studies, security governance, defense management, operational planning, resource management, defense logistics, cybersecurity, human capital oversight, professional military education, and partner nation institutional capacity building.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing institutional capacity building engagements with emerging partner nations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and workshops on security cooperation topics.
  • Conduct research and analysis on security cooperation issues.
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Work with high-level officials and experience working within the Department of Defense (DOD).
  • Familiarity with security cooperation initiatives and minimum DOD secret clearance.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the requisite subject matter expertise.
  • Ability to produce high-quality reports in English.
  • Experienced in providing detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Experience working with high-level officials and experience working within the Department of Defense (DOD).
  • Familiarity with security cooperation initiatives and minimum DOD secret clearance.
