**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to support the budgets for BAE Enterprise Shared Services Inc. This role will be responsible for performing IT Shared Pools monthly budget vs actuals performance analysis, providing oversight on performance and highlighting issues to management, and ensuring compliance adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT Shared Pools monthly budget vs actuals performance analysis
  • Provide oversight on performance and highlight issues to management
  • Ensure compliance adherence
  • Assist with annual budgeting coordination as it relates to IT Shared Pools
  • Coordinate month-end close process in Costpoint with Accounting
  • Coordinate new pool, account, and customer set-up in Costpoint
  • Support ways to automate existing processes, including embracing Tableau/data analytics and creating new processes for headcount management, forecasting, planning, etc.
  • Develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts with the help of financial and data analytics tools available
  • Gather, analyze, and summarize recommendations for financial plans, trend future requirements, and operating forecasts
  • Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management
  • Support accounting mid-year and year-end requirements as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience, or master's degree and 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience in Deltek Costpoint or similar ERP software
  • Prior experience in financial analysis and budgeting
  • Capable of delivering sound recommendations based on data
  • Proven experience with relevant analytical software and applications like Hyperion, Tableau, or BI, and Cognos reporting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in a financial domain
  • Prior experience supporting as a financial analyst
  • Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders
