Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Clarios, a leading manufacturer of car batteries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to process orders, resolve queries, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Receive, enter, verify, and acknowledge customer orders, prepare credits and weekly order status, and investigate order-related issues.
  • Customer Support: Monitor order status, take actions to ensure timely delivery, and maintain direct contact with internal and external customers.
  • System Operations: Operate customer systems, including order processing, credits, and customer concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education diploma from an accredited institution; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with external and internal customers.
