Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative and secretarial support services to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Chief Diversity Officer), the VP of Talent Management, and the VP of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, plan, oversee, and manage a wide variety of events, activities, and confidential assignments.
  • Provide exceptional support to senior leadership, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, caregivers, board members, volunteers, patients, and visitors.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and serve as the office's primary contact for network caregivers and the communities we serve.
  • Ensure a high degree of responsibility, accountability, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion in all interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive secretarial experience, executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Proficient with Outlook and able to coordinate, lead, prioritize, and/or manage multiple projects competently.
  • Demonstrated higher level of integrity and reliability.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
