As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging environment for our members and guests, while promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach group exercise classes to VillaSport members and guests, adhering to class formats and guidelines.
  • Motivate members to participate in group exercise classes and help them achieve their fitness goals.
  • Represent the club's group exercise program in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Promote participation in classes and other club programs, events, and services.
Requirements
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills.
  • Five-star customer service skills.
  • Experience teaching multiple class formats is a plus.
  • Current certification as a Group Exercise Instructor from an approved organization.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
Working Conditions

The Fitness Instructor will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with frequent movement and occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to work outside in various weather conditions is also required.

Compensation

The Fitness Instructor will be compensated at a rate of $12.32 per hour for department meetings and required training, and up to $27.50 per class taught, as well as a complimentary club membership.
