Project Manager - Residential Construction

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage the activities of residential construction projects, ensuring that construction schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to oversee projects and ensure that they are progressing as planned.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors to ensure that they are meeting quality and safety standards, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
