As the Director of MidAtlantic Operations, you will develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and strategic alignment. You will work closely with regional and company leaders, optimize resource utilization, and provide critical insights through comprehensive reporting. Your leadership will be essential in mentoring teams, resolving project challenges, and continuously improving our project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

The Director of MidAtlantic Operations is a project excellence-focused role, that reports to the Area Manager and works in parallel with Area, Location, and other senior leaders to integrate Project Management best practices, monitor project health, mitigate risk, and drive project performance to meet the organization's objectives and strategies.

What you bring to SAM:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Experience managing multiple large projects
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and best practices in project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Experience in project risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • P.E or L.S license preferred
