As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Leader in maintaining a safe and productive work environment, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Leader on Duty, ensuring safe work practices and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with supervising daily cash drawer balances and deposits, monitoring cash register transactions, and balancing cash and deposits as required.
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Perform duties of team members as staffing needs arise and contribute to the effectiveness of the store.
  • Assist with store employee meetings and ensure that store equipment is kept in proper working order.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and a minimum of one year retail experience with at least six months supervisory experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency in meeting competencies required for the position, including customer focus, interpersonal skills, and process/project management.
