Job Description

A dynamic and ambitious individual is sought by Actus Consulting Group to join our team as a key account manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in English and Japanese, and be able to effectively manage relationships with clients across various industries.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consulting firm and contribute to the growth of our business in Japan. As a sales executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese languages

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
