  • Collaborating with physicians to enhance their engagement with the hospital and participating in their recruitment and retention.
  • Partnering with the CEO to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality accreditations, in conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer.
  • Working alongside the CEO to foster an environment conducive to attracting and retaining skilled hospital personnel.
  • Evaluating opportunities for organization-wide performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development of new services aimed at generating profitable revenue streams.
  • Contributing to cost management efforts by identifying and addressing non-value costs in collaboration with financial and nursing leadership.
  • Engaging in monthly operational reviews and attending corporate meetings as required.

This role reports directly to the CEO, and in their absence, the COO may be tasked with interpreting hospital policies and providing necessary guidance.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or an MBA with a focus on Healthcare is mandatory.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of recent experience in a hospital setting, managing multiple departments within an acute care environment.
  • Experience in physician relations or recruitment is essential.

Essential Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven capability to establish and maintain effective relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and the community.
  • Ability to handle confidential information related to personal, financial, or medical matters.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical and professional skills management, human resource management principles, labor relations, and hospital economics.
