About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at LEVEL in Chicago. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the physical aspects of our property are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Correct and safe use of all cleaning equipment, products, and materials.
  • Providing exceptional service to guests and colleagues, maintaining a positive and courteous attitude at all times.
  • Following up on special cleaning assignments and responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Reporting any safety hazards, maintenance defects, or other issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Performing janitorial duties, including office cleaning, carpet shampooing, and window cleaning.
  • Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene, grooming, and attire.
Requirements
  • 1 year of housekeeping experience with a hotel/motel.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • An eye for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
