Job Description

The Quality Manager role involves leading quality assurance and control functions across multiple manufacturing facilities. This includes ensuring compliance with standards like ISO9001 and AS9100, developing quality systems, managing supplier quality, and driving Total Quality Management initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control personnel (team of 8)
  • Define and enforce quality requirements for effective planning and compliance
  • Develop and implement new quality management systems aligned with industry standards
  • Oversee Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives across business units
  • Conduct supplier quality audits and manage corrective action plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven experience in quality management within a world-class manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, and related standards
  • Expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM) and statistical improvement methods
