About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Pyramid Global Hospitality. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, materials used, and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical certifications or vocational training in maintenance or engineering fields are highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including guests, staff, and vendors.
