Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead client relationships and delivery of all services for medium to large clients. The successful candidate will have significant experience and expertise with pension and retiree medical plans, with 8+ years of retirement actuarial work experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage technical expertise to provide strategic direction on topics that affect our clients and our business.
  • Develop materials and lead presentations on complex topics that effectively communicate with client contacts, including C-suite.
  • Manage client financials with a focus on profitability.
  • Lead client teams, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

  • Significant experience and expertise with pension and retiree medical plans.
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage urgent deadlines efficiently.
  • ASA, FSA or EA Credentials.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $170k-$240k annually, with potential for additional discretionary bonus opportunities.
