Leadership Director for Call Center Teams

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced professional to lead our contact center teams. As a Director of Sales and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of sales supervisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize call center productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
