About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team at Elevated Facility Services. As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues in a professional manner.
    • Process customer requests, including scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and updating customer accounts.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and other office personnel, including preparing reports, updating records, and performing other tasks as needed.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer accounts, contracts, and other relevant documents.
    • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager.
  • Inspections and Safety
    • Coordinate and schedule inspections, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Verify and track expense reports for field personnel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist with safety audits and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Field Support
    • Provide support to field personnel, including generating purchase orders, tracking inventory, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
    • Assist with the coordination of field activities, including scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians.
  • Administration Duties
    • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of contracts, including repair contracts, modernization contracts, and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner, including service job folders, state licenses, business licenses, and insurance documentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
