The Amazon WW Sustainability Social Responsibility team is in search of an individual who is passionate about driving operational excellence and has a proven track record of leading critical programs and projects in a global context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support cross-functional project execution, ensuring projects are clearly defined and delivered on schedule, within scope, and budget.
- Drive strategic and tactical projects as part of the program management office (PMO).
- Implement project management, change management, cross-team coordination, and process improvement strategies.
- Collaborate across product and business teams to advance global initiatives.
- Establish and enhance project management standards and change management protocols to align with organizational strategic plans.
- Develop comprehensive scope documents and project plans, and establish mechanisms to monitor and report on the health of the Social Responsibility portfolio.
- Coordinate daily project execution and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and collaboration bridge between program teams, product teams, and other partners to ensure seamless communication and integration.
This role is vital in ensuring the successful delivery of complex product initiatives by providing strategic program integration, coordination, and leadership.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience managing feature delivery and making trade-offs.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience overseeing technology products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience collaborating across functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
