We are seeking a skilled Signage and Graphics Specialist to join our team at bluemedia. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' visual communications needs are met with precision and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install custom signage, vinyl graphics, and other visual displays in various indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Conduct site assessments to understand client requirements and take measurements.
  • Monitor the quality of projects and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Travel to and from installation sites, maintaining a neat and orderly workspace.
  • Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain detailed records of installations, including specifications, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Requirements
  • Ability to operate lifts and hand tools, drills, and saws.
  • Team player with the ability to take direction from the Install Manager or Install Lead.
  • Computer literacy and ability to read a ruler.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and be flexible.
  • Maintain punctual and reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time for installations and work in various climates.
  • Must be professional at all times and flexible to work the demands of the department, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to routinely lift 30 lbs or more and occasionally move 50 lbs or more.
  • Frequent standing for prolonged periods of time and frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, and crouching.
