Job Title: Low Voltage Technical Lead

IES Communications is seeking a highly skilled Low Voltage Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for leading our communications systems installation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate communications systems installation projects
  • Supervise and train technical staff
  • Ensure project completion according to company and customer quality and safety requirements
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure productivity and job completion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or related technical field
  • Proven supervisory and/or managerial experience
  • Ability to terminate fiber
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project)
