Mental Health Recovery Coordinator

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Recovery Coordinator to join our team at Sound Community Services. In this role, you will provide direct support services to individuals with persistent mental illness and substance use disorders.
About the Job:
This is a non-exempt position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as one year of experience in behavioral health or human services. You will work closely with residents to develop daily living skills, connect them with community resources, and advocate for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily oversight and support services to residents
- Monitor medication administration and complete daily documentation
- Facilitate monthly activities and groups based on life skills assessments
- Assist residents with developing daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Report changes in behavior or mental state to the treatment team
Compensation:
$1,000.00 - $2,000.00 Sign-On Incentive, $18.54/hour plus $0.50/hour bilingual incentive, Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K available, Tuition reimbursement programs.
