Responsibilities
- Daily prospecting via multiple channels for new business
- Nurture buyer and seller leads in the pipeline
- Study and analyze real estate market trends
- Attend weekly open houses and broker tours
- Attend weekly meetings and training
- Build and maintain your CRM
- Provide world-class digital marketing to listings
- Provide excellent guidance for clients buying and selling residential real estate
- Conduct showings, appointments, and consultations
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
Qualifications
- Hold an active, valid California Real Estate License
- Have at least 1+ year or 3 transactions in real estate sales history
- Be a go-getter, highly motivated, and self-starter with a commitment to excellence
- Be willing to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Be organized and manage time effectively
- Be able to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Have self-motivation and drive
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
