About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and adhering to established clinical protocols. As an LPN at Amberwell Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that values excellence, compassion, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain, verify, and record patient health history and vital signs
  • Gather pertinent health data through physical assessments and biological samples
  • Perform CLIA-waived lab testing and administer injections and vaccinations as directed by the provider
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and test results in the medical record
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a clinic setting preferred
  • Completion of an accredited Vocational/Technical Nursing Program required
  • Unencumbered active Kansas nursing license required
  • BLS certification required
