Tribal Outreach Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tribal Outreach Liaison to join our team at the Stephenson Cancer Center. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will play a critical role in coordinating community outreach and engagement activities to advance our mission of decreasing the burden of cancer in Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement initiatives to increase cancer awareness, screening, and education in Oklahoma's Tribal communities.
- Work with mission-aligned organizations to enhance the reach and impact of cancer awareness, screening, and education activities in Tribal communities.
- Foster positive relationships with community advocacy and awareness organizations that lead to collaborations.
- Work with Stephenson Cancer Center investigators to develop, implement, and evaluate research that reduces the burden of cancer affecting Tribal communities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 24 months of experience in marketing, public relations, outreach programs, or a closely related field.
- Ability to travel, including overnight travel to Tribal communities in northeastern, southeastern, southern, and western Oklahoma.
