Role Overview


This position provides case management support to individuals on bail with complex needs, utilising a client-centred approach to engage with rehabilitation and promote positive behavioural change.


About You



  • Extensive experience in assessing and managing clients with complex needs.
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide culturally responsive and inclusive services.
  • Strong client engagement and management skills, including motivational interviewing techniques.
  • Excellent case formulation and written communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualification related to case management practice, such as social work, psychology, or welfare.
