We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Workers' Compensation Case Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring injured associates receive timely and effective medical treatment while facilitating their return to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with treating physicians to develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans for injured workers, prioritizing timely return to work when possible.
  • Manage medical claims from start to finish, utilizing your clinical expertise to ensure adherence to established protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the TPA, supervisor, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for claim resolution and optimize resource allocation.
  • Promote proactive case management by assessing patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and ensuring alignment with Occupational Disability Guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver exceptional customer service and foster open communication channels.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional clinical RN experience.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida.
  • Strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with software programs essential to case management.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Case Management or Workers' Compensation.
  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing or Certification in Case Management.

Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
