The Junior Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in building relationships with potential consumers by promoting our clients' products and services. This dynamic role involves strengthening the Junior Marketing Coordinator's knowledge of the client's brand, sales and management tactics, and ability to build a connection with consumers.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on client brand information and new sales strategies
  • Generate new and repeat sales through consumer leads
  • Know alternative options for each potential consumer to fit their needs, including additional add-ons to current packages
  • Deliver high-caliber client and customer service with professionalism in written and verbal communications
  • Communicate daily with team members on progress and/or layout solutions for continuous success and sales growth
  • Comply with company procedures and policies to maintain a trustworthy relationship within the firm, consumers, and clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar concentrations is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, sales, and/or customer service
  • Prior experience in a management or assistant management role is an asset
  • Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance sales strategies and boost revenue streams
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
