  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Leadership: Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose, encompassing American Eagle Outfitters' Core values.
    2. Drive for Results: Support the Store Manager in executing short and long-term store business plans, driving KPI results, and maximizing business opportunities, including CRM, Loyalty, and technology.
    3. Talent Management: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain sales associates to ensure the store is sufficiently staffed to meet business needs.

  • Qualifications
    • Minimum high school education or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of retail or equivalent management experience preferred.
