The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, focusing on sales goals, merchandising brand standards, and operational excellence through effective team leadership.
- Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Motivate and inspire the team by communicating a compelling vision and purpose, encompassing American Eagle Outfitters' Core values.
- Drive for Results: Support the Store Manager in executing short and long-term store business plans, driving KPI results, and maximizing business opportunities, including CRM, Loyalty, and technology.
- Talent Management: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain sales associates to ensure the store is sufficiently staffed to meet business needs.

- Qualifications
