Job Summary:The Cashier will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:- Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards
- Prepare simple menu items and sell items to customers
- Interact with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Verify I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol
- Suggestively sell and up sell items
- Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
- Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
