We are seeking a highly skilled Cashier to join our team at Legends at Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process cash and credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Prepare and serve menu items to customers
  • Interact with customers to ensure superior customer satisfaction
  • Enter sales into the cash register and maintain accurate records
  • Perform closing duties, including cleaning and product storage
  • Provide quick and efficient service to all guests
  • Verify I.D. for customers ordering alcohol
  • Suggestively sell and up-sell items
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to interact with co-workers to ensure compliance with company service standards
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work fluently in English
  • Ability to work in an open-air environment during all climate conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds
Working Conditions

This role requires working on a moving vessel, and the employee must be able to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and arms to perform the duties of the job. The employee must also be able to stand, walk, and stoop.

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
