Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at the Rogers Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients to recommend supplemental insurance solutions that meet their needs.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. You will be expected to prepare daily plans, visit clients, and participate in ongoing training and support from local partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Able to work full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Desire for growth and development
- Ownership mentality and willingness to learn
