Position Overview:

As a key leader in our organization, you will harness your motivational and structured approach to guide your team in discovering and engaging both new and existing clients and partners to secure fresh business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support your team’s professional growth, cultivating a positive, innovative, and high-achieving atmosphere.
  • Set and uphold new sales KPIs and performance standards, while providing regular sales reports and forecasts against defined metrics, and proactively suggesting actionable improvements when necessary.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Professional Services to share market insights, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Utilize sales tools, resources, and financial data to enhance productivity and operational efficiency, driving growth in the Civilian sector through effective reporting.
  • Act as a representative of Trellix's go-to-market strategy, ensuring that all team members and channel partners convey a unified message to our clients.

Candidate Profile:

  • You possess a strong sales leadership background, with a blend of strategic and tactical management experience in the enterprise software domain, complemented by a collaborative and transparent leadership style.
  • Your sales acumen includes at least 8 years of leadership experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS sales teams that operate in both direct and indirect sales models, focusing on metrics such as ARR, NRR, and NPS.
  • Your management experience should reflect a track record of transforming teams into high performers through talent assessment, acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
  • With a hands-on, lead-from-the-front approach, you have successfully managed national or regional sales teams of 15 or more, achieving enterprise software revenue of over $70 million.
  • You are technically proficient, capable of articulating the value of our platform and solutions to clients and partners.
  • Willingness to travel nationally is required.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $215K – $250K, with actual pay dependent on various factors including location, qualifications, and company budget. Compensation may also include commissions and long-term incentives based on performance metrics.
