About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive new business within the AI startup ecosystem. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand our client base. You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to understand and effectively communicate the value of our GPU marketplace to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in AI startups.
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and the AI startup landscape.
  • Provide regular forecasts and sales activity reports to management.
  • Represent Vast.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or related technical fields.
  • Solid track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated success in generating pipeline and closing new business with startups.
  • Strong understanding of the AI and cloud computing landscape.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and sales automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
